About Al Sabur
Boxing is an excellent cardio workout and overall conditioning for your full body. However there are benifits that impact your every day life such as building confidence, self esteem and the ability to face obstacles and challenges head on. Boxing also teaches you how to focus mentally, builds more accurate hand and eye coordination. The Ring becomes your World and you overcome ANYTHING that comes in it...
I started teaching boxing to a few friends I worked out with at the gym and then others began to inquire about lessons.
I started boxing over 20 years ago
I was trained by the late Curtis Ford from New Brunswick, NJ and the late Howard Davis who won a Gold Medal for Boxing in the 1976 Olympics.
