About Terry

In my experience, looking for a trainer that is a good fit for you can be difficult at times. I have been trained by several different trainers who all have their own unique style of training. Although every style was not necessarily aligned with my personal goals, I could always walk away with a little more knowledge on the craft of boxing. Having learned skills from more than one coach has allowed me to tailor workouts and trainings in ways that are flexible to each individual which sets me apart from the rest. Learning the strengths and weaknesses of the boxer is very important in order to effectively coach them into success. Whether it be professionally or a hobby to keep you moving, my sessions will get you where you want to be!

It’s all about the process for me. I love seeing the evolution of each and every person that trains with me . One of my favorite principles is ENJOY THE JOURNEY! Take the small victories with pride. I try not to only encourage your skill set to evolve but also your mentality. A strong combination of the two is sure to keep you on your toes and knocking out every obstacle that comes your way.

The training experience comes from boxing 10 plus years myself as an amateur.
