About Alexis

MyOwnMotivation
" Overcoming Fear is the Challenge, Starting a New Chapter is the OutCome"
I begin learning the skill of boxing in the beginning of 2017, with guidance from retired boxing champions from North Jesrey. They have shown me how boxing is an excellent skill for discpline, exercise, and protection.
I started MyOwnMotivation January 2017 when I personally started on transforming myself and beginning to start living a healthier lifestyle. I started with simply eating clean, working out, and learning boxing skills to help with toning of the body.
