About Tim

My service stands out because I have been a boxer since 1995 I have years of experience

I got started teaching when I went to college and I did not want to compete so I use my knowledge and experience to teach others

My training is from Dallas PAL Police athletic league I started fighting as a young kid in high school and then now I am a coach

About the lesson

My typical process for working with new students is I always do an assessment to see where your skill level is. Next we start training to see what your endurance and strength level is and lastly we work hard every time we come to class to grow and strengthen you and to the next level

I got started teaching when I went to college and I did not want to compete so I use my knowledge and experience to teach others I have work with students from as young as small kids and as old as senior citizens

I would say if you’re looking to get stronger to learn discipline and to learn how to protect yourself you should join my class

I have recently Partnered up with Lancaster Police Department to start the first Lancaster Boxing team for kids

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I am I ready to work hard, sweat and not give up
