About Coach
Experience training Pro boxers, ameteur boxers, and those who just want to get in shape or learn self defense.
Boxing saves lives! Watching people fight through and beat their addictions, depression, and negative lifestyles through boxing means more than anything.
I was an amateur boxer first and then naturally transitioned into teaching, personal training, and then coaching.

Great environment and great staff
It's a nice place to work out. And doing the classes are fun. I would definitely recommend!
Simply put, Coach Hip Hop is the best trainer for boxing. He works with each individual client and tailors the session exercises based on their fitness goals. He challenges you to do your best and is well versed in boxing drills, techniques, and the science behind it! Each sessions is challenging but rewarding. He has endless amount of knowledge to share; wether to a novice, Amateur, or a pro!
