About AJ

About AJ Fulcher

Hello my name is Coach AJ age 36 was born and raised in Los Angeles California and has been studying martial arts and fitness going on 8 years. I have competed in a few competitions through out my time of studying while living in California till now .It’s great to say that it’s such a blessing to be able to share my wisdom amongst the younger generation. I cannot stress how important fitness is to your daily lives , that’s why I’m here to help and motivate you to be better then the goals you want for yourself and remember It doesn’t matter how much time you put into yourselves whether it’s 5 min or 10 min whatever time you invest into yourself makes you that much better than you were the day before

What I enjoy the most about my work is being able to inspire people to be better then what and how they feel

a few years back I had a separation with my sons mother and fell into a hard depression.

I have been training Boxing/MMA for the past 10 years
