My Business is geared towards students/adults that have a vision or dream. That are also passionate about getting to the place where they want a be. Having Goals with disciplined structure, will allow you to accomplish a variety of things, by working hard with determination. A preferred experience with dealing with children since 2003. Training children at a basketball camp in Staten Island Ny.

Implementing a five step process

1- Deterimine strengths and weaknesses.

2- Motivate the most common areas where low confidence is shown. 
3- Be the example, with my experience and the way I approach my work, it will help other do the same.

4- Education-Encourage Good Grades. In order to play sports or do any other activities your grades must be in tact.

5-Teach respect, educate, decipline, patience. These are all steps to Having innovated goals.



I worked with a variety of students, from kindergarten, to Highschool kids.

Make sure the teacher has hands on experience because there's a difference between, just speaking it as appose to living it. Action will always tell the truth. That's why leading by example is so important.



I was a counselor for AHRC. I counseled a student name Daniel. Daniel walked with crutches, he was a Russian 13yr old kid. That loved video games, music, eating, well you get my drift, smiling anyway. He has temper tantrums at times cause he needed other avenues to vent. Me in Daniel started going to a physical fitness facility together. I showed him how to do dips and ever since he's been a bit level headed cause I helped him channel his tantrums by using the gym as a vehicle to overcome negatives.
