About Isaih

We specialize in personalized training one on one sessions filled with information. We also offer nutrition counseling along with any training package. We'll run your numbers and break down the BF% and also your metabolic rate. The client makes their schedule. We make everything convenient for the client. We'll track your measurments on a month to month basis at the end of every month. I'm all about Helping people get to the best shape they've ever been in their life. I worked out all my life , and also played football up until my freshman year in college. I attended Valley forge military academy.

The best part about being a trainer is helping people make that lifestyle change and ultimately teaching people how to lift properly. Identifying muscular imbalances and pushing people to their maximum potential.

I started training on a certified level once I got to la fitness.

I've played sports all my life , I went to valley forge military academy for sports medicine. I trained for most of my life from 15 up until now. I gained my certification from ASFA and also studied classes while working as a fitness director at La Fitness.

About the lesson

Always start off slow depending on the level and experience of lifting weights they might have. For me it's about building a positive rapport and learning as much about the client as possible I aim for all my clients to be comfortable with me pushing them to their limits.

All types of all different backgrounds and age groups.

Take your time , make sure that trainer matches your personality and energy. Check his/her credentials make sure he/she actually knows what they are doing.

I recently trained a group of kids who plays soccer and football with my son. They range from 6-9 years old. I helped an old client at la fitness lose 40 pounds he went from 405 down to 365 in two months.

Details

My prices vary depending on severity of need for the client. I usually put clients thru a fitness test to see exactly where there at as far as functional mobility and also flexibility. I also test to see how high their target heart is between workouts.
