About Jorge

Positive energy is contagious. My service is fun, entertaining, no experience required. The health benefits are great! Youll feel great, and look great in no time! The community you join is lifelong! Im a 2x Gold Glove Champion so aside from the health benefits and the good time, youll gain confidence in knowing you can stand your ground in combat if neccesary!

Definitly the community, the life long relationships. The knowledge i gain from getting to know a new student. The excersise, the new locations i get to explore. Its definitly a blessing!

My children and their friends since 2009.



Since the age of 6 my father trained me and my brothers and sisters in the sweet science that is pugilsm. Although i never went pro I was close. I participated in 3 consecutive NJ Golden Glove winning in 2001 while i was a junior in high school i was 17. since then ive trained and passed down my knowledge to my own children and kids around the nieghborhood.

Breaking the ice and making certain that they feel comfortable and the space and the stage is actually theirs. Finding a formula that works for them specificly in order to find their best features and abilities so they can reach their best potential! Confidence is key! everyone is perfect at being themselves! Asking of any health complications or pre excisiting injuries as to develop a talored workout to maximize their time!



All types, from all walks of life. I worked as an activity aide in an adult day care center where i worked with senoir citezens with health complications.Aside from that Ive trained children with ADHD & ADD and other behavioral conditions. 



I would say "Practice does not make perfect, Perfect practice makes permanent" in other words "10 reps the right way far more exceeds 1000 reps the wrong way" Show up on time, pay attention, and share your own knowledge. God bless and make sure to have fun!



I particpated in a homeless shelter when I gave lessons and workouts for the less fortunate. I donated used equipment and helped people with addictions. That was rewarding for me! the pandemic put a stop to that but i hope to do that in the near future.

I do however i work with people from all walk of life and financial situations. My moto is health is wealth! So knowing i can help someone feel safer and feeling great in the process fills my heart! Its $60 a lesson for the 1st lesson whcih includes wraps and gloves.(so you wont share equipment, it is yours to keep) depending on your budget. its $20-$30 a lesson after that, After the 10th lesson your knowledge increases its $10 a lesson! After the 20th lesson you can Bring a guest for free. (guest must purchase their own equipment the 1st day)
