I'm excited to teach you the sweet science of boxing.

Lessons are 1 on 1 or bring a friend and split the cost. 2 on 1 at no additional charge!

I've trained at the best boxing gyms in Los Angeles (and a few in Mexico, Colombia).

I also have a lot of experience working with kids/teens so your kids will definitely feel comfortable.

I've worked at an office, stadium, restaurant, hotel ... Nothing beats teaching the sweet science of boxing.

It's beautiful, I love it and I'm extremely passionate about the sport so I love to pass that on.

I really enjoy teaching because it helps me become a better boxer. I'm training to be a professional boxer so I need all the help I can get.

I've trained at the best boxing gyms in LA (some in Mexico and Colombia as well) and am currently getting my NASM personal training certification as well as my USA boxing coach certification.

I also was the fat kid most of my youth and went through a lot of trial and error losing all that weight. (Was 200+ now 147)

About the lesson

Well before anything I think it's important that we meet in person and see if we'll be a good fit.

After that it depends a lot on the individual. First I'd like to see where the client is currently at physically. I wouldn't want to overtrain someone but I also wouldn't want to undertrain someone.

Second would be to find out what the client really wants (many times the client doesn't really know, and that's perfectly ok!)

24 year old friend of mine started training with me just so he can "get some exercise"

6 months later he's in love and obsessed with boxing and now he wants to compete.

I've worked with the tiniest cutest little 6 year old girl to the wisest funniest 72 year old man.

Really in shape people and people who've never worked out in their lives.

Regardless, we always have a fun great time.

Try to find someone that connects with you and tries to makes you feel comfortable, after 3 sessions if you don't feel better about the trainer .... GET OUT

Recent event I'm fond of was tonight when a new client told me he was really impressed and that he had such a great time working with me.
