I only work with individuals that are looking to level up. After we make our selection we will build a student from the ground up

All levels. From professional athletes (nfl, nba, mlb) to elders who haven't exercised in ages. Progress is for anyone who dares to dance with it.

Whatever you do or don't do you will become good at. So if we jump everyday, eventually we will be really good at jumping. If we read every day, then one day we will be great readers. The same goes for the opposite.
