About Troy

I've been helping people Transform their Lives for over a decade, by Coaching them and meeting them where they are at on their Health Journey and teaching them how to take the next step!

I actuallly help my Clients get permanent sustainable Results! Most people damage their Metabolism and bodies over the years from constant fad dieting and improper exercise.

I take the time to listen and explore what each client is struggling with and help solve those problems for them!

I love seeing people actaully enjoy the process of taking care of themselves and finally realizing there is actually a way to lose the extra weight for good! There is a way to get more energy for good, there is a way to lessen the aches and pains for good, there is a way to gain that strength for good, and there is a way to finally be confident and happy and proud of yourself for good!

I love being a part of that journey to help Transform and make a difference in people's lives!

I have personally overcome many Health obstacles myself, including cancer. I have always had a deep passion for Health and helping people. I have personally seen too many people struggling in life directly correlated to poor Health.

There was not and still is not enough Professionals like myself directly Coaching and working with people who care enough or know exactly how to help. I wanted to show people there is actually hope and they can actaully Transform their lives and make it so much better when they get Healthier for Life!

I have over a decade of experience working with real people.

About the lesson

I start with a Metabolic Assessment. This helps me get a score and current state of how well your Metabolism is working. This gives me a look into Health factors such as Inflammation in your body as well as how well your Hormones are working.

The Assessment also Includes:

*Nutrition Assessment *Fitness Assessment *Your Health History *What you have tried before *Specific Struggles you are having that you want to work on *Lifestyle and Readiness Questionairre

While getting to know you and your specifc Health Struggles and Goals and what kind of Metabolic State your body is in this will help me determine if you qualify for any of My Coaching Programs.
