About Anthony

The Las Vegas Blackwolves youth sports club allows youth to explore athletics from many different perspectives. Life and sports work hand in hand and not only do we teach the art of sport, we also teach our athletes how many of life's lessons and skills can be learned through sports and Vice versa.

The most enjoyable part of the work that I do is watching young people achieve success at different levels. From the most minute success of catching a ball properly for the first time to competing in a national championship game. I believe that success is contagious and I believe that my life's work is to help youth achieve success at all aspects of life.

I began teaching when my friends and I wanted to practice outside of normal practice times. I would gather my friends and coach them against other local athletes in games on weekends at local parks.

15 years of boxing experience as a fighter and a trainer and over 23 years of coaching experience.

About the lesson

Initially I will assess all students via conversation to gauge the students skill level and knowledge of the sport. Following the in person assessment we will design an individual plan for each student that is tailored to his or her needs.

I have worked with students and athletes ages 4-65 years of age. I have worked with new beginners and world champions.

The most recent event that evokes fond memories is taking thirteen 7 and 8 year old football players from Las Vegas to El Paso Texas in February 2021 and winning the Battle Showcase Championship against All Star teams. We took our original team and competed and beat very good All Star teams from 4 different states. Watching our young men execute what they had worked on for months and achieve success was truely gratifying.
