What I enjoy about my job is that I get to do what I love the most to teach the art of boxing so that person can also pass on my way of teaching the art of boxing to another and also that I can make money doing what I love the best and also to see some one progress in a way as in learning how to fight but also lose wieght and get in shape I will feel proud that they achieved it with my help

I started like 10 years ago when I stopped boxing

I was a golden glove boxing contender I fought in the semifinals in 2004 and I have been boxing scince the age of 13 I stopped boxing at age of 25 iam 36 now and I still train boxing

About the lesson

Well the process with a new student I would first ask him or her what is it that she wants to learn boxing for is it for physical fitness or learn to have self defense or to want to become a fighter now there's different ways of training depending on what you want learn if you want boxing physical fitness I will focus more on the boxing fitness get you in shape now if it's to learn self defense I will teach you to fight defend your self and if it's for to become a fighter that will include learn to fight get in shape physical fitness and mental fitness as well because you have to learn to use your mind when ur fighting in the ring so yea those are my process
