About the lesson

I always find out what prospective clients goals are first of all- I also see what time frame they are considering to meet those goals. First contact is usually by email or phone and we meet if we both agree it's a good fit!

I have worked with people from 8 to 92 years old, women and men, who all wanted to get in better shape and have fun while doing it!

it helps to be comparable! If you want to succeed and your trainer fights as hard as you do for it, then it should be a good fit! Nothing thrills me to see my clients succeed!

My daughters wedding!

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
A good trainer will have great references- don't be afraid to ask for them!

Terry was my personal trainer in Miami for 5 years (3x per week). His way of training is not only fun and different but very well thought to accomplish exactly what you need for you body. I had never been in better dhape before!
Terry is very knowledgeable in many areas therefore his training can be very different all the time (i.e boxing, weights, TRX, etc.) My favorite day of training was boxing. When needed, he was also very helpful with a stretching technique he uses.
I totally recommend him! I wish he still lived in Miami.
