Nice setup and good guys.

Great workout and techniques

Tien was able to show me the basic fundamentals of footwork and defense and was super patient with me. It’s really a science and although it’s challenging, it’s fun and you really appreciate the technique.

Coach Tien is a very motivating coach that provides help with not only fitness but confidents. I came in feeling very timid but he made me feel very welcoming and comfortable. I lost weight, gain strength, and had more energy. Definitely recommend!

Excellent teaching and coaching skills. Solid technique!

Highly recommended! After my first class, I was hooked. He makes it extremely fun and easy to learn. What I like most about him is his passion and patience!

Surprisingly, super fun! I always wanted to try boxing and this was a great way to start. My instructor Tien was super patient and professional. I will be definitely coming back.
