About Dolandre

Passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. I'm positive and have the ability to motivate others to achieve goals they never knew they could achieve . I have excellent people skills and years of experience training others in all demographics.

Experienced a huge weight loss goal recently and developed a desire to help others so I became a Coach.

Certified Personal/Group Trainer and Coach. CPR and First Aide Certified.

Nutrion Specialist. Not a Certified Nutritionist but great knowledge of nutrition.

About the lesson

Always ask them about their interests and goals and dreams first. Then I will encourage them that they can achieve their goals and tell them that I will do my best to help them on their Journey. Then I will do some kind of skills assessment or physical assessment test to see where they are in their fitness level. And go from there. Also will share with them my journey when it's appropriate but it's all about them and what they want to accomplish.

Many people from early teens to seniors. And of all fitness levels. Experienced in giving modifications for those who require slower paced exercise due to injuries and other physical deficits.

Someone who is interested in who they are and what they want to achieve. Someone who is genuinely interested in helping them to achieve their goals.

The Ice Bucket Challenge was amazing and I'm hoping for something else like that to come around again. It was such a positive experience for so many and united people in such an amazing way. But I am very sensitive to many charitable causes and I am always glad that I can help someone to live a more healthy, hopeful and happy life.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
They should ask themselves how bad they want to change their lives. Am I all in? Can I really endure what it's gonna take to do this? Am I ready to take this step in to the next and most important phase of my life and be the person I was meant to be?
