About Matt

I have 5 kids of my own so I would say that my patience with my students is the attribute that I possess that others might not. I take a comprehensive approach to the mechanics of the sport I'm teaching. Some lessons may be completely mechnanical and mental. Consitent motions and repititons are the cornerstones to a successful sports journey. If your jumpshot, jab, and swing aren't the same, every time, you're selling yourself short and setting yourself up for mediocrity which is a darn shame when excellence is an option.

I love athletics. I'm 44. And since I no longer can do, I coach :-)

I have 5 kids. It was a natural progression back into instruction of the sports I love.

I have trained under some of the best baseball coaches in America. I have trained under one of the best boxing trainers in the world. My football training is a tad less extensive, but I primarily focus on quarterback form.

About the lesson

There is an initial 1 hour evaluation which is free with an agreement that there will be a series of 4 lessons should we determine that we are compatible.

Mostly students below the age of 10, but I'm interested in older athletes as well.

Details

Evaluation is free. Lessons are $35/ hour for baseball, $30/ hour for boxing, and $25/ hour for football.
