I apply behavioral, motivational and exercise strategies to help both healthy and unhealthy individuals and those with medically controlled diseases in order to help them change to a healthy Lifestyle. I dedicate myself to each session in order to tailor to the needs of my clients as well as motivating them to leave their exercise comfort zone in order to achieve optimal results.

This program is about changing the mind and body from the inside out and build you from the ground up. At the same time optimize individual performance in everyday life. We want you to have tons of fun - but please be prepared for some low and high-intensity training that will challenge you in every way!

What is needed of you as a participant? You have two core requirements, in order to find success in the Spartan RawVolution @ F.I.T. BOOT CAMPS & OCR.

First, you need to show up. Life is busy, I understand. If you can make the time to show up, our program is designed to make the most of the time we spend together. If it's just not possible to attend three sessions per week, remote training is available.

Second, give it your full effort. This is a program that is suitable for all levels of fitness. Spartan SGX Coach Vicente will lead you through your transformation helping you get healthy and in shape.

I'm a Certify Spartan SGX coach for the past 2 years and In the past, I have studied various fitness program to help my students achieve their health and fitness goals.
