About Ann Louise
My life's purpose is to bring the best out of others through my support, compassion and authenticity. As someone who grew up in a bilingual household, I am well-versed in understanding the cultural and linguistic differences between English and Spanish speakers. Through my own experience earning my Bachelor's of Arts in Spanish Translation, I can appreciate the challenges that come with learning another language and can assist you in learning regional differences and nuances among the Spanish-speaking population and when traveling to different parts of Latin America and Spain. As a business professional for the past 20 years, I know the importance of building trust and credibility are at the core of relationship-building. I take every commitment I make seriously. I will work with you to ensure your learning experience exceeds expectations and do everything I can to see you succeed.

I take a consultative approach with my clients and students so that I can understand your learning style. No two students process information or learn exactly the same way so my 1st session with you will focus on your end goals and your current skill level. What you can typically expect from me in our lessons can be broken down by level as follows:
1) Beginner-level Clients/Students: Focus will be on developing a grasp of basic grammar and vocabulary so you can successfully engage in light conversation and know the basics of Spanish.
2) Intermediate-level Clients/Students: Building on your existing skills, the focus will be on expanding your ability to read, write and speak Spanish.
3) Advanced-level Clients/Students: Time will spent on immersive conversations that allow you to increase your fluency in Spanish.
