About Mark
I went to undergrad for chemical engineering and did my masters program in Electrochemical engineering so I have a broad range of knowledge and am still young enough to have learned much of this relatively recently. I have also worked as a TA in my undergrad and have exceled in teaching peers/students in the past.
I really enjoy what I learned in my years in undergrad and grad school and enjoy teaching and would love to help others excel in chemistry/electrochemistry and engineering subjects. My passion in my full-time job lies in mitigation of environmental impacts as I work for a CO2 conversion company, but I would love to pass some knowledge onto another generation of passionate scientists
I worked as a TA in undergrad
I did my undergrad in chemical engineering and my masters in Electrochemical engineering and currently work as an engineer for a CO2 conversion company. I worked as a TA for 3 semesters in my time in undergrad

I would familiarize myself with their textbook/area of study and where their knowledge gaps lie specifically. From there, I would develop a plan to work with their needs to figure out how to best teach them and fill in their knowledge gaps.
Mostly college and high school students
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I would tell students to make sure they have a defined question of what they are willing to learn, because teachers are much more confident in your ability to learn if you are able to demostrate what you don't know. This makes them more enthusiastic and willing to really work with you to teach you those knowledge gaps
