About the lesson

As a tutor, my typical process for working with a new student typically involves the following steps:

First, I like to get to know my new student and understand their goals and motivations for learning Chinese. This helps me to tailor my lessons and teaching style to their individual needs and preferences.

Next, I assess the student's current level of proficiency in Chinese and develop a customized lesson plan that addresses their specific learning needs and goals.

During our lessons, I utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to keep the student engaged and motivated. This might include immersive conversation practice, grammar drills, cultural activities, and other interactive exercises.

I also provide regular feedback and support to help the student stay on track and make progress. This might include homework assignments, progress reports, and one-on-one consultations as needed.

Finally, I am always open to feedback and willing to adjust my teaching approach as needed to ensure that the student is getting the most out of our lessons.

I'm an experienced tutor with a passion for traveling and exploring new places. So far, I've had the opportunity to visit 14 countries and 166 cities, and I'm always eager to learn more about different cultures and ways of life.
