About Nance

Argentine Tango is not about memorizing steps. When taking the "memorization approach", at some point, your head will explode. I teach the language of Tango, the body language, so that you will be prepared to dance with anyone anywhere in the world. I teach both Private Lessons and group lessons. No partner needed.

If you can walk, you can Tango. It is a "walking dance" that anyone can learn. It is healthy for the body and the mind. It is also a challenge. I love taking an absolute beginner and turning them into a dancer. A gift that lasts a lifetime. I have studied Tango for almost 20 years. My most influencial teachers have been the three men who changed Tango forever: Gustao Naveira, Fabian Salas & Chicho Frumboli. I have danced throughout the United States, Argentina, Taiwan and Korea.

Dance lessons offered by Nance are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Carmel-by-the-Sea. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
