About MICHELLE

Work It Dance and Fitness offers fun, unique fitness classes taught by expert instructors whom have trained all over the world. Our classes are designed for all body types and all fitness levels, in a judgement free environment.

Work It offers aerial pole dancing, burlesque/ cabaret jazz, hip hop, flexibility, body toning, and other awesome classes taught in a safe, nurturing environment.

About the owner:

Michelle is a lifelong professional dancer, performance coach, fitness trainer, and competitor.

Michelle performed for 10 professional sports teams including cheering at Superbowl XXXIV and being named "Rookie of the Year" as a New England Patriots Cheerleader (NFL).

Michelle has taught workshops and performed all over the US including The International Pole Dancing Exposition in Las Vegas, and The International Pole Dancing Convention in Austin, Atlanta, and Orlando.

Michelle is the creator of "Dance Yourself Fit" and "Tone and Tighten" home fitness videos. Michelle has also shared her expertise on WTNH's CT Style and News 12 numerous times and as a fitness trainer in 15 of Ellen Barrett's "Buff Girl Fitness" videos.

Michelle is the Pole Sport Organization Northeast 2016 Gold Metal Entertainment Champion, and Northeast 2014 Bronze Metal Artistic Professional Champion. Michelle has been chosen by PSO to be an organization ambassador as well as a professional level judge.

About the lesson

They just need the courage to take the forst step and sign up! From there, our highly trained professional staff works with each client individually to make sure they are learning in a safe, supported, non-judgemental environment. We offer small group classes as well as private lessons.

We also offer private parties for those looking for a fun and unique way to celebrate an occasion!
