About Kate

Hi! My mission is to teach and train in a range of techniques and dance styles, ensuring that you are engaged, motivated, and inspired to achieve your goals in your chosen area of dance.

I teach all levels from beginner to the competitive dancer. Whether your goal is to brush up on your social dancing skills, get ready for your “first dance” or father-daughter dance at your wedding, or take on competitive dancing, I am here to assist!

I teach American and International dances including: Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, Cha Cha, Rumba, Bolero, Paso Doble, Jive, Salsa, Mambo, Merengue, Bachata, Samba, Hustle, Viennese Waltz, and Quickstep.

About the lesson

Generally, the first step is to learn about your goals, so that each lesson is tailored appropriately. Additional general information may be requested, such as the name, preferred location of practice, any relevant deadlines (if in preparation for an event).

Depending on your goals, I will choreograph your dance to the music of your choice. We can also video tape your lessons so you can practice what you have learned!

Routine progress checks may also be implemented to ensure we are staying on track!
