About Santiago
Learning to dance can be a scary decision to make. I specialize in teaching absolute beginners all the way to competition-level dancers. Let me help you take on a whole new world through dance. I have 11 years of ballroom and Latin dance experience and have traveled all over the world for showcases, coachings and performances.
Helping my students gain confidence as they learn how easy and fun dancing can be. I genuinely get happy and excited when I see them enjoying something they may have never thought was possible. Over time, your own progress and happiness is what matters most.
A girl! I saw how passionate and in love with dance she was. This motivated me to learn so I can impress her. Little did I know how much this decision would impact the rest of my life.
I taught and managed for a dance company for 7 years and have now been teaching independently for the last 4 years. I specialize in beginner students all the way to competition level. Dance has taken me all over the world for showcases, coachings and competitions.

I generally like to find out why my student wants to learn. Dance has many benefits; health and exercise, social gatherings and meeting new people, building up self-esteem and confidence. Each dance has it's own personality and particular benefit. However, all the ballroom and latin dances have similarities which help when learing for the first time.
I've worked with students ranging from 6 years old all the way to 90! Absolute begginers to students wanting to advance their current level. Everyone has a different way of learning such as visual, tactile or auditory. Incorporating all these differnt types of methods is the key to making dance your own.
