About Juliana

I am a professional actress and singer. Full Degree in Art Education - Performing Arts by University of Sao Paulo (Brazil). Member of the MExican company Bardo Teatro and Director of the international project Moksha Moving Art. I've been traveling across the world doing collaboration shows and teaching theater and theatrical dance workshops and classes.

I love to meet people from different cultures and generate powerful networks of performing artists and artists from other disciplines. I am also passionate with teaching and helping others to discover their own potential.

Bachelor in Artistic Education with specialization in Performing Arts by Universidade de Sao Paulo (BRA) with awarded academic exchange in Dramatic Literature and Theater by Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico (MEX). Member of the Mexican company Bardo Teatro and director of the international project Moksha Moving Art - itinerant interdisciplinar artistic project . Had represented Brazil in the International Project Rags of Memory with the Italian company Instabili Vaganti, part of the Festival Performazioni (Bologna, Italy), in the 7th Festival Mujeres en Escena from National Argentinian Network (Tucumán, Argentina), in the 2nd Congress Cuerpo, Territorio y Violencia en America Latina (CIALC/UNAM, Mexico) and in the 1st Coloquio Latinoamericano de investigación y practicas en la danza – VISCESC (INBA/ CDMX, Mexico). Was awarded with scholarships at Caleidos Cia. De dança (BRA) and 7th Festival Danza Extrema (MEX). Had worked with international artists and companies such as Instabili Vaganti (ITA), Alberto Villarreal (MEX), Teatro da Vertigem (BRA), Lot Meijers (HOL), La Pocha Nostra (MEX-EUA), Raúl Iaiza (POL) and had presented more than 20 shows allover Latin-America. Had coordinated courses and workshops about theater-dance, body expression and theater in schools and cultural centers in Mexico and Brazil. Works in the crisscross of artistic languages and participates constantly as intern/invite in festivals, congress and art events.

About the lesson

First we talk through the page and agree a first meeting in a public space. The first class is an introduction to the program and also a way of getting to know each other. According to the student's need we will draw a specific program to develop.
