About Hailey
I choreograph and teach technique. I've loved dancing for 6 years and I've danced on my high school dance team for all 4 years of school and enjoyed it so much I decided to dedicate my life to teaching others how to dance! Most educated on Jazz and pom but can teach technique and some choreography for kick, and hip hop.
I got started my senior year in high school after winning a competition with a routine I choreographed. Fresh out of high school I started teaching classes while attending college and continue dancing in my own classes.
I've danced for 5 years. I took classes in high school and college. I've been teaching almost a year with elementary classes and middle school dance team and cheer team practices.

I like to start by getting to know the student and what they're hoping to achieve. Then my first lesson is always evaluations- seeing what can and can't be done, how well, etc. and after that, lessons proceed by learning either the desired thing or a combination of all styles. Upon noticing a dramatic improvement, we together will choreograph a small solo routine.
I've worked with ages 5-18.
the older student I've worked with were on my high school team with me and the younger kids came from public schools I traveled to to teach after school.
Look for a teacher who is able to listen to exactly what you're wanting to learn and trust they'll help you get there. They should be trained in the style you're wanting to practice and have experience performing that style themself.
