About Riclance

Commercial Acting professional choreographer Street dance legend returns to Clicks studio in Addison to help bring in another great street dance lesson to the new school. Acting and Local dance classes offered to anyone wanting to learn breaking poppig or locking

Ric Lance brings a successful Hollywood TV and Film Artist to the table with real experiences with some of the largest names in comedy and television. Discovered at the young age of 16 and brought into the conservatory life by some of the top ballet dancers in Orange County... Alan Mcarty and family.. Preformed with Lionel Richie on moving summer Olympic games in Los Angeles.

Appeared in Electric Boogaloo 84... And has continued to dance thoughout the 80s & 90s later to become a choreographer working in television on the set of Natalie Coles Show Big Break with legendary producer Ed McMan and many stars... Still today recent preformances include 2018 opening Act with Dj Spindarella for ERiC B & Rakim at the Bomb factory in Dallas Tx... And more recent the Mexican heritage month festival dowtown with Mayor Garcetti.

30 years of professional shows preformances and training.. still goin strong.. aka riclance lil freeze

About the lesson

First we have a health and strength testing to make sure this is appropriate for the student.. breaking is a strenuous on the body and muscles...we all stretch for at least the first 15 mins and sometimes more.. We build up a group of basic turns and stances for the new students to get used to spinning and being on their hands...

For chomecial acting or basic introduction level we e work on concentration technics... Beginning Monologue reading for memory and such will build the individuals ability to read scripts and memorize them faster...
