About Nattalie
We offer exciting classes of all kinds to fit what you are looking for when you walk through our doors. On our schedule, you'll find classes that focus on everything from fitness to twerk to sensual dance. We pride ourselves on offering a variety of classes, including off the pole classes such as Stretch and FleX or Iron Handstands. As of 2020, Iron X has expanded into other aerial arts, including lyra and aerial yoga. Every class is designed with our students in mind, aiming to work towards your goals and help you achieves heights you never thought possible.

I have been teaching pole dance/fitness for about 7 years now. I was a very shy kid growing up. I was the tomboy who was rarely noticed. I decided that I wanted to try dance. I tried hip hop then decided that wasn't my thing. After searching, I came across a pole studio and decided to give it a shot. The class was filled with positive energy and I left determined to learn and do more. Ever since, I’ve been addicted and I am no longer that shy girl in the room. Pole have made me blossom and encouraged me to be more outgoing.
Both owners and instructors went to school for anatomy and physiology. We are trained in spotting each student to prevent injuries. We take multiple workshops each year to continue our education as pole dance instructors.

All beginner polers are required to start in our level 1 class called Pole Kittens. We offer 10+ all level classes where we encourage all students to pop in every class.
We have students from the age of 14-63.
We welcome students of all different genders, ages, athletic backgrounds, experiences and abilitiess.
Don't let a pant size or a number on a scale scare you away from trying something you might fall in love with. Your body is perfect - if your body works, you can pole. There's no body shaming in our home.
