About Dina

I've been teaching dance and dance-based fitness classes since 2002. I competed in ballroom championships, performed and choreographed dance routines in many styles and produced dance shows.

I am a AFAA certified group exercise instructor.

I am an engineer and had a lot of success working with people iin high-tech. I know how engineers think :-)

My versitile background allows me to teach standard dance/fitness classes as well as tailor custom mixes.

After performing and competing for many years, I came to realize that my real passion is teaching. I am not afraid of "I don't have rhythm" or "I have two left feet", two phrases I hear a lot from beginners. I can teach a rock to dance :-)

About the lesson

Dance lessons offered by Dina are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Sunnyvale. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
