About Khira
BBK Pole Fitness is a fully equipped and insured pole fitness company. Our Studio lays on 155 square ft. of laminate wood flooring, and uses two 9 foot Stainless Steel X Pole Studio Poles. We offer multiple variations of Pole Fitness training:

Our lead instructor Khira Thomas will show you how to do basic pole holds, flexibility exercises, strength training, climbing, spins, and inverts. You can get into your best physical shape while learning some fun aerial tricks!
