About Nursima
I have enriched adolescents within the English language, and Fine Arts programs for 5+ Years.
My tutoring will be integrated with positive behavioral therapy as I am a seasoned Registered Behavioral Technician of 3 years and using positive reinforcement.
I am immensely reinforced by mistakes, as the mistakes and failure will tell us where to start and where to go. Mistakes mean creative fun to reach goals, therefore we will never stay stagnant. Optimization is everywhere. I love to explore new ways to learn and make a mess, as a behavioral therapist I am seeking to positively implement strategies that not only will help you master a skill but as well as bring to the surface your comfort and ease to any topic. Nothing but positivity will stem from my teachings.

By finding the best motivators to reach our goals. I will begin from there by pairing myself, as the instructor to highly preferred strategies and techniques my students find reinforcing, from there we will grow to reach success in fields we find deficient and grow to find more optimization within the skill. As there is ALWAYS room to optimize. That is where our growth will surface.
