About Lisa
Experienced and certified teacher/tutor for 25+ years. I specialize in Elementary Education (Reading, Writing, Math, Homework help, etc.)
I have always wanted to be a teacher. Since I was a young child, I knew that this was what I would do.
I am a certified elementary teacher. I have experience in all grades, K-8. I have also implemented and taught in an academic intervention classroom at my current school. I have been trained in the Orton Gillingham Multisensory Approach to teaching reading. I have been teaching/tutoring for 25+ years.
