About Paige
I am a fully certified teacher who has been teaching middle school for more than 25 years. I love to see students have "ah ha" moments learning to read, write, and learn math. I am certified to teach reading, math, and writing. I have learned many strategies over the years to help students who have ADHD and learning disabilities. I have a degree in special education, also.
-I have a degree in k-6 education.
-I have a special education degree in K-12
-I have a degree in 6-9 English/Language Arts
-I have my National Boards. (National Boards for Professional Teaching Standards)
-I am trained in Orton-Gillingham reading, Wilson Reading, and Corrective Reading.
-I am currently a middle school teacher in North Carolina teaching 8th grade ELA and 8th grade math.
-I have been a teacher for more than 25 years.
