About Jeffrey
After many years in business, I have a wide variety of experience that I look forward to sharing what I have learned with young people.
I enjoy teaching and mentoring young people. As a parent, I have learned patience and how offer various approached to learning.
As I gained experince in my career, I was always willing to share my knowledge with my co-workers who needed to improve and were willing to learn.
In several of my work assignments, I have worked with new and less experienced employees to learn new skills and to improve what they already know. As parent, I have worked with my children when they were growing up. Each of my children who are now grown and in the workforce as well as college graduates.

I like to discuss with a student what skills they would like to improve. Learn what they like and don't like about learning and create an interesting and productive approach to improving their skills
Mostly, college students joining the workforce or co-worker looking to learn and get a promotion.
Look for someone who has personality you like and is willing to listen to you and work to understand your strengths and weaknesses.
Our team hired a college student as an intern. He stayed on our team for 18 months. At the end of that time, he was immediately hired by another company in a full-time position. One year later, my new employer hired him again as a full-time employee.
