About Kaetlyn
My name is Kaetlyn Brown and I have been involved in sports and fitness for over 20 years. I started my journey as a track athlete at 8 years old. I went on to win the Pennsylvania 400 meter state championship title in 2004. I was recruited to the University of Pittsburgh on a full track scholarship where I obtained my Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology and Chronic Disease. After experiencing family loss and watching loved ones suffer from chronic illnesses, I gained an affinity for overall health and wellness really focusing on lifestyle changes and not solely physical fitness. I can help you achieve obtainable physical fitness goals and focus on other lifestyle changes.
