About Pamela
I am a graduate of the Boston Conservatory in flute performance and I have been teaching private flute lessons and freelancing for many years. I am very passionate about teaching music and have many students that are now professional musicians themselves. I teach all ages and love the challenge !
I started teaching beginners while I was in high school through a program my band teacher set up.

I assess the background the student has and develop a plan that works for them. If they are a beginner, I find out if they can read music or not and we start from scratch.
I have worked with beginners both adult and children, intermediate and advanced both adult and children as well all the way up to college level.
Come prepared to the lesson. Have a piece prepared or if you're a beginner, have your flute and book ready.
