My teaching method is simple: teach for the student. As important as it is to me that my students advance musically, it's just as important that they enjoy learning and have a positive association with music. Everyone learns differently, so this will vary person to person.
I'll start by knowing your skill level and dexterity over the instrument. So first we'll go with introductory level discussion and then I'll share the course of a quarter and accordingly take it forward. Lot depends upon your skill level and learning skill if you'll practice regularly, I would be able to teach you more.
My teaching methods are Suzuki method and Gordon's Music Learning Theory..I do also Kodaly method sometimes in a nursery...
The approach depends on the age and the interest of the students. More focused on fun for kids beginners, more technically focused for young professional, with a special attention to flexibility and tone development.
My teaching approach prizes individual abilities, curiosity and character development. I want each student to reach their potential in their own unique way, and to develop their self identity a long the way.
I've been doing music (flute, cell, piano and violin) since I'm 7 years-old. I've been in a special Secondary school allowing me to go to class on the mornings and do music on the afternoons. I went to the Conservatory of Paris' center for 10 years in flute, music theory, violin, chamber music, chorale etc.
My teaching methods are very flexible. A typical class would involve a steady progression through lessons to ensure that the base material is learned so it can be expanded upon later with future lessons. These classes are meant for beginners to intermediate learners.
My entire approach to arts and creative education is to help you gain a life long hobby that will bring you happiness. Creativity is everywhere and everyone has it in them so lets find it in you.
