About Alan
50 years as a player and over 30 as a teacher...lived and worked with students in the Nashville, TN area who are now pro musicians playing concerts, in studios and producing their own recordings as well as others...16 years with KOS Academy and the JAM, former songwriter for Gatlin Bros. Music Resources...worked many live shows and in the studio on multiple instruments.
Love seeing my students advance quickly and seeing them get to learn songs they enjoy. I like being able to offer them instruction and being a musical mentor, which is something that was not really available to me when I was younger...self taught, mostly.
