I've taught thousands to play since 1993. Any style-Any age-Any level. I can teach you how to play country-blues-rock-folk-acoustic-electric-light jazz and more. If you need a guitar, I can help you pick out a guitar at the best price. My personal teaching also includes- at no charge- my own teaching videos to help you also learn at home. I work closely with you to get you playing your favorite songs beginning with the very first lesson. All lessons are taught at my beautiful and spacious studio which can accomodate both you and anyone else you may wish to bring. I do not travel to homes since you will do better at my studio where I have the musical, sound and video equipment, including a 65" screen. In this way you will get the very best lesson possible. I have a limited amount of students I take at any one time. So call me today and start playing tomorrow!

Some of the guitarist that have influenced me that I also teach are the styles of Eric Clapton, Larry Carlton, George Harrison, Jimmy Page and Pat Metheny. The music I love includes Neil Young, Stones, Coldplay, Beatles, Led Zeppelin. Boston,Alyson Kraus ,Dylan and many others. I also love country and blues as well. I can teach anything you want going all the way back to the 50's right up to today's newest music. I also have helped worship leaders in churches to play. If your something of a songwriter as I am, I can help you as well in crafting and recording your songs. I have received this website's highest award.

About the lesson

I believe too often teachers have their own set agenda that new students have to fit into. This is from my many years of experience the wrong attitude and the number one reason many students are frustrated, I begin first with carefully listening to what you want to accomplish as a goal. What kind of music do you want to learn? Do you want to learn just how to play your favorite songs or do you want to learn how to read music-or both? Do you hope to later join a band or just play at home? These and other questions help you to get started immediately on the right track to learn faster and easier. I also have my own videos you receive free with lessons and we study these together so you can go home and have me there with you on the screen each day. This makes lessons more fun!

He is is the best learn how to play guitar teacher for beginners out there. I tried the "free" videos you find online. But, nothing compares to his dvd teaching.
