About Chris
Hello! My name is Chris and I would love theopportunity to help you on your musical journey! I have been playing guitar for a little over 20 years. I have played in bands as well as done workin the studio. I teach beginner through intermediate in various styles. My life would not be the same without playing music and I try to show that in my playing as well as my teaching. We can meet in person or online. Whichever you prefer. I hope to hear from you soon!
I love playing music because I can express myself in ways I never thought I would. I love teaching because I want to be able to help others find their potential and creative they probably never knew they had.
I tried it to make some extra money and fell in love.
I have been playing guitar for a little over 20 years. I am currently a singer songwriter doing an acoustic solo project at the moment. I have also played in a few different bands, played in my church band a few years back and have done some session work in the studio.

I start by forming a foundation. All the basics including scales, chords, left and right hand technique and so on. I also try to get to know each student and what their ultimate objective is. Everybody is different so I try to cater to their goals so they can get to where they want to be.
I've mostly worked with people between the ages of 15 to 25.
Look for a teacher with passion. A passion for music as well as teaching. They will get you the farthest.
