About Elizabeth

I specialize in up to date techniques and medical knowledge of the body in order to allow students to grow and excel. Teach proper technique and placement for preventing injury and growth as a moving technician. Strength and flexibility training as well as proper conditioning for rapid growth and stability.

I began training at 3 and started co-teaching and subbing at 15. When I turned 18 I began working professionally and desired to share my love of my craft with others.

About the lesson

I first start with their goals. Then I work them and discover their strengths and weakness’s in order to create a proper training and co diction in plan to help them reach their desired goals both in movement and as a human.

I have worked with all ages as well as mentally disabled and challenged groups. I teach both recreational students as well as competition students.

Look for someone who works or has worked in their field of expertise. Also look for someone that you work well with. Sometimes it take a few teachers to really find a teacher you connect with that will help you grow in the way you need.
