About Kathleen
POETRY IN MOTION
At Maplecrest Horsemanship all lessons are individually tailored to help you achieve your goals and aspirations as a rider. We recognize everyone learns differently, and no two horse and rider bonds will be the same.
Safety always takes precedence for both horse and rider, and instruction is always given with safety in mind. We believe that the time spent at the barn should be fun and an educational experience, led by encouragement and direction. Instruction is formatted to make learning with the horse feel like a dance, rather than a military march.
You will never be forced to do what you are not comfortable with, and we never control our horses by fear or intimidation.
Maplecrest Horsemanship offers lessons in both English (pleasure & cross-rails) and Western (pleasure, barrels & poles) disciplines. Leadline lessons are also available. At the time of your lesson, you will have the choice to pick which discipline you would like to ride.
