All kinds all ages.
First knowing exactly what u are doing this for. Self -defense or for going thought the journey of becoming a martial artist. Mostly just learning how to enjoy the pain is the key.
Urban action showcase mainly because I also am connected with martail arts movies. I am a action actor and wrote action films as well.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I would say the questions should come naturally no need to start off asking so much. Would be better to ask after u see your capabilities as a beginner and from there we can resolve all questions, that will arrive.

Sifu Rod is great for private lessons. I have tried many private courses and found it difficult to follow. Because of a few instructors who are so used to teaching a large class. I felt the confidence in how Sifu Rod guided me into understanding the fundamentals of MARTIAL ARTS.
It takes you to the wider perspective of where you can arrive. Besides being able to defend yourself accurately. I enjoy the scientific research that has been studied with a vast amount of logic ancient aspects. This a highly modernized self-development system that goes perfect for the times we're living now.
