About Suzi

Heartspace Creations is a Loving-Kindness company. We bring Loving-Kindness practice through art, craft, and fosters self-love through creating.

Suzi teaches online via zoom, watercolor painting, artist creativity sessions, watercolor meditations, and fiber arts (knitting, spinning yarn, dyeing yarn, and felting).

I have always been a leader, and found teaching in group setting to be one of my most favorite experiences. I love the power of groups and how inspiring it can be to learn with others.

I do my best to facilitate creative and stress environments that support learning.

I am a mental health rehabilitation specialist and I specialize in PTSD treatment, and have worked with a wide range of folks that experience varying symptoms. I strongly believe in helping people empower themselves with all manner of tools to create positivity in their life.

Lifetime crafter, painter, musician, and artist. I have 7 years of studio art experience, 15 years of counseling and process groups (mental health and substance abuse) and a lifetime of creativity and inspiration!

About the lesson

I begin every creativity session by exploring the students goals and arrive at a good action plan to completion!

I always ask students what their goals are and how they see themselves crossing the finish line. Ask potential teachers how they plan to assist you in reaching your goals. If there is not a clear answer, or a response that indicates paying tons of money for a plan that doesn’t have concrete steps, run away!
