About Nyx
I am a recent graduate of Chillicothe High School. I graduated with a general honors diploma, and met the state and local requirements for multiple specialized honors diplomas. I graduated under the Summa Cum Laude distinction, which is the highest distinction possible requiring a 3.9+ average GPA throughout high school. Throughout my time in school I took honors classes when they were offered as early as 2nd grade, and spent my time in high school taking numerous AP and CCP courses including AP Environmental Science, AP Gov, AP Chem, multiple English classes at OUC, OUC physics, and OUC Stats. I also won the English department award for best writer in my class. However despite the fact I personally did well in school, I recognize that the tradition school system does not work for everyone and that many students struggle, often not due to their own faults but due to those of the school. It is therefore my goal to help those in that situation in whatever way I can, including by doing the research into how to help each individual best based on their personal learning strengths, weaknesses, and habits. All prices listed on my page are negotiable, and will depend mostly on how much work/research I need to do outside of the session.
