About Trey

99th Percentile Score on official October 2020 Lsat Exam. Went from low 150s to 174 through 9 months of self-study. Comfortable teaching material in variety of ways and helped tutor student who saw 5 point increase in just one month.

I enjoy teaching the LSAT because I actually have had much fun learning the exam myself. I feel that it is rewarding to learn the logic necessary for this test as this can help one in all areas of life.

I was able to successfully teach myself the LSAT and following my exam, I used my knowledge to help a fellow student at my university increase her score in a short amount of time.

I am currently a senior at Duquesne University. I am studying Political Science and Corporate Communication. I have over 600 hours devoted to the LSAT and have gone through every practice test.

About the lesson

When first starting with a student I like to see what areas they are comfortable with if any and where they struggle the most. The LSAT is a test that rewards a solid strategy, so building this from the beginning is vital to quick progress.

I have experience working with a college student who had issues with each part of the exam, but was able to gain confidence throughout our sessions.

I believe that students who want to do well with the LSAT must find a tutor who can relate to the learning process. I have just finished taking the test and applying to law school, so I understand what it takes to succeed and the struggle of trying to learn this difficult exam.

I recently got a ukulele and learning to play that has been an extremely fun and challenging experience.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should think about what areas they have tried to learn, but have not had success at. It is important for a tutor to be able to find opportunities for growth, so students should be able to point to what questions or topics they struggle with and where the process goes wrong for them. It is also crucial for students to think about their individual goals for each section and for the test as a whole so that success can be measured.
