About Nicholas
I am a Certified Fitness Trainer through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA), a licensed coach with the U.S. Soccer Association (USSF), and a Second Degree Black Belt through the Independent Karate Schools of America (IKSA). I offer training in any of these fields, and look forward to working with you or your child to meet your goals!
I enjoy all aspects of my line of work. From program development to the execution of exercises and drills, seeing progress happen over the course of a program brings me joy.
I hold the F License, 4v4 Grassroots, and 7v7 Grassroots Licenses through the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) and I am continuing my education towards a D License.
I am also a Certified Fitness Trainer through the International Sports Science Association, National Academy of Sports Medicine, and American Sports and Fitness Association.

My typical process for working with a new student is to develop an understanding of their ambitions, and what their baseline knowledge or skill is (depending on which service they contact me for). Each training program is designed specifically for each individual client, so my process is conducting a series of evaluations to determine a client's greatest mastered skill, and then building upon that.
Soccer - I have worked with Grassroots level athletes (four years old) to Adult Competitive athletes (20 years of age and older) in all levels of competition ranging from Youth Soccer to teams in the NPSL.
Personal Training - I have worked with athletes training for sports specific reasons, rehabilitation for older adults, and youth fitness.
Martial Arts - I have trained traditional martial artitsts (Karate) to compete in tournaments. These athletes have competed in Kata and Sparring. I have trained athletes at the Rising Sun Academy in Pearland, Texas which concentrates on a blend of traditional and mixed martial arts. I have also worked with law enforcement officers to help prepare them for their defensive tactics training.
