The professors are excellent at understanding where each individual students skill level is, and builds their skills from a foundation of basic movements. I started with little previous experience, but had a general understanding of how most gyms function, and from the few places I have been, Cali Style MMA&BJJ is by far one of the best places to train in Florida.
